Meet Jose the Builder
Jose Quiceno studied architecture in Cali, Colombia, then came to job sites in the United States with a shovel and a hammer. He worked his way up to leading crews and entire developments, started ASEPROC in 2001, and still walks every estimate and runs every job himself.

It depends on the scope. A bathroom remodel can run two to four weeks, a finished basement one to two months, and a full addition or rebuild several months. Every proposal includes a timeline for your job, and we keep you updated as it goes.

Yes, when the job needs them. We prepare the drawings and the application, meet the inspector and schedule the work around inspections. If you would rather pull the permit yourself, we can work that way too. We work with building departments in New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
