And one contractor handles the design, permits and every trade, so nothing falls through the cracks between them.
It depends on the scope. A bathroom remodel can run two to four weeks, a finished basement one to two months, and a full addition or rebuild several months. Every proposal includes a timeline for your job, and we keep you updated as it goes.
Yes. ASEPROC Constructions is fully licensed and insured. Ask us and we will gladly share our credentials for your project.
We serve the Hudson Valley, New York City, and the greater Tri-State area. Our primary coverage includes Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, and Orange counties in New York, as well as Fairfield County in Connecticut.

Yes, when the job needs them. We prepare the drawings and the application, meet the inspector and schedule the work around inspections. If you would rather pull the permit yourself, we can work that way too. We work with building departments in New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
