From Your First Call to the Final Walkthrough
Most remodels go wrong in the same places: a vague price, trades showing up out of order, and a contractor who stops answering. Here is how a job with Jose goes instead.
Tell us about the job
Call, text or send the estimate form. You hear back within one business day.
Jose walks it with you
He looks at the space, measures, asks how you want to use it and tells you straight what it will take. The visit is free.
You get a written proposal
Every line item priced, materials and labor, with a timeline for the job. Take your time. Nothing starts until you say yes.
We build it, Jose runs it
Permits, inspections and every trade in the right order, with Jose on site for the phases that matter. Nothing gets added without your OK, and the job ends with a walkthrough together.
